Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours from the time the order is placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

  • Most orders are shipped using standard ground delivery, depending on destination and product availability.

  • Shipping carriers and service levels are selected at checkout unless otherwise specified.

  • We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier to ensure timely delivery.

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

  • Expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not guarantee same-day or next-day order processing.

  • Orders must still complete standard processing before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on:

    • Carrier delays

    • Weather conditions

    • Peak shipping periods

    • Destination location

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

  • We are not responsible for lost shipments due to address errors provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

  • If a package is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery.

Signature Confirmation

  • Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders or at our discretion.

  • If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful due to no signature availability, the carrier’s re-delivery policy will apply.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all locations specified with Shopify regulations .

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on carrier regulations or destination laws.
